Many moms (myself included) find cooking stressful and time consuming. It’s also challenging to come up with a dish that everyone will enjoy and caters to dietary requirements. Here are 2 quick and easy ideas for making chicken.
Ingredients: Chicken pieces, Tomato Sauce, Chutney and Coke (can substitute with Tab or Diet Coke)
Instructions: Measure out equal quantities of Tomato Sauce, Chutney and Coke. Mix them together and pour over Chicken. Cook at 180’C for about one and a half hours.
