Lunch box snack of the week: Healthy Strawberry Yoghurt snack

Lunch box snack of the week:fruit yogurt

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Servings: makes 1 serving
  • Storage: Keep up to 3 days in an airtight container
  • Equipment: plastic cup, airtight container or cup

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup plain yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp. raisins
  • 1 tbsp. sunflower seeds
  • 1/3 cup of strawberries, black or red berries, mixed fruit, peaches, nuts or whatever your heart desires.

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a plastic cup.
  2. Place in an airtight container and send to school with a spoon.
